MBLI’s PAP1 ELISA Kit can detect antigen in culture supernatant for the colon cancer derived cell line OUMS-23. Kit needs to be used with Ab-Match Universal kit (Cat. No.: MBL-5310).
By using Ab-Match Assembly Human PAP1 (REG3α) Kit in combination with the Ab-Match Universal Kit (MBL-5310), human PAP1 can be measured quantitatively and specifically. The two kits are sufficient to produce one 96-well microplate.
