Afamin/Wnt3a CM is a high-performance, serum-free conditioned medium designed to enhance the stability and biological activity of Wnt3a—a critical factor for organoid formation and Lgr5+ stem cell maintenance.
Unlike standard Wnt3a, which is prone to aggregation in defined media, this formulation features a co-expressed complex of mouse Wnt3a and human Afamin, a vitamin E-binding glycoprotein that dramatically improves Wnt3a solubility and bioavailability. The result is consistent, long-term Wnt signaling ideal for culturing organoids from the intestine, stomach, pancreas, and liver.
Use at a final concentration of 10% (v/v) in culture media. Optimize as needed for specific cell types or experimental designs.
Store at –20°C or lower. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles—aliquot upon first thaw.
