This product extracted from Ascaris. *Ascaris were homogenized with 10-fold 50mM Phosphate buffer (pH7.2) in an ice bath, and the homogenate were stirred at 4°C for 24 hours, and centrifuged at dialyzed 4 times by BBS.

Add 1.6mL of distilled water. It will become 5mM Borate buffered saline [BBS] (pH 8.0), 0.9% NaCl solution.
