CLINTEX™ is a concentration standard solution of monodisperse standard particles dispersed in ultrapure water, with the particle number concentration precisely adjusted.
It can be used as a calibration standard for particle counters in the semiconductor and pharmaceutical fields.
Mean Particle Diameter: 0.344 µm
Particle Number Concentration: 1,000 particles/mL
The particle size measurement methods are traceable to AIST (National Metrology Institute of Japan, NMIJ) and NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology, USA).
Widely used as a calibration standard for verifying both particle size and particle count display accuracy of liquid particle counters.
Particle size assignment is performed with high measurement precision.
Particle number concentration is measured using highly reliable methods such as total count direct observation, and high-precision clean containers are used to maintain extremely accurate particle concentration.
