Erythropoietin-producing hepatocellular A2 (EphA2) is a member of the Eph receptor tyrosine kinase family and has been implicated in a variety of biological processes. In tumors, EphA2 overexpression is associated with the activation of non-canonical pathways, tumor progression, and poor prognosis, suggesting its importance as a marker of malignancy. This product is a two-step sandwich ELISA kit that quantitatively detects EphA2 using two high-performance monoclonal antibodies against the extracellular domain of the EphA2 protein.
